Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Arena Festival is committed to ensuring digital and in-person accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), including the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.

Ongoing efforts

Known limitations

Some third-party embedded content (for example, YouTube video players) is controlled by the platform provider and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We select accessible providers where we can and provide alternative contact channels for the same information on request.

Requesting accommodations for registration

If you cannot complete the online registration form because of a disability, or if you need registration documents in an alternate format (large print, plain text, screen-reader-friendly PDF), please contact us and we will provide an alternate registration route with equivalent legal effect:

We aim to respond within two (2) business days.

On-site accessibility

Arena Festival venues include accessible entrances, seating, and washrooms. If you need specific seating, sign-language interpretation, service-animal accommodations, or a filming opt-out area, please contact us at least seven (7) days before the event so we can plan appropriately.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or at an event, please tell us — we treat this feedback as a priority. Email supports@arenafestival.ca with a description of the barrier, the page or location, and the assistive technology you are using (if any).
